Asheville Mardi Gras: 2017 Cajun Cookoff


This is one of Asheville Mardi Gras biggest fundraiser. Our yearly parade is celebrating it's 10th year! Join the parade February 26th in downtown Asheville. Until then, come on down to the Cajun Cookoff the 22nd of January! Let's get started!

Last years event was a huge success and many of chefs will be returning to the CookOff. This year's event being held at the glorious Salvage Station will be an event not to be missed!

Admission is $15 to sample and participate and submit your vote - or $5 for AMG Members - not a member, become one on our website,!

The Cajun CookOff is a Manna Foodbank Food Drive. All non-perishable food items donated will receive a raffle ticket for each item donated. The winning raffle ticket will be drawn and announced during the announcements for the winning Cajun CookOff Chefs!

All TIME AMG FAVORITE, Bayou Diesel will be performing traditional and progressive Cajun/Zydeco/Mardi Gras Dance Music at the Cajun CookOff.
